Delivery & Returns
We deliver within the Sonoma Valley by the end of the working day on the chosen delivery date. If the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers or plants in a safe, shady spot and call the recipient to make sure he or she knows there are fresh flowers or plants waiting at home.
Fresh flowers are non-refundable, but if they die before their time we will be happy to discuss options for a replacement arrangement or store credit. Plants which have been properly cared for but do not survive may be exchanged for another product within one week of delivery.
