Delivery Windows

We deliver within the Sonoma Valley by the end of the working day on the chosen delivery date.  Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 2PM Pacific Standard Time. If the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers or plants in a safe, shady spot and call the recipient(s) to make sure they know fresh flowers or plants are waiting at home. 

Returns

Fresh flowers are non-refundable, but if they perish before their time we will be happy to discuss options for a replacement arrangement or store credit. Plants which have been properly cared for but do not survive may be exchanged for another product within one week of delivery.
